“We comply with the Governance Code for community, voluntary and charitable organisations in Ireland. We reviewed our organisation’s compliance with the principles in the Code on 10th September 2013. We based this review on an assessment of our organisational practice against the recommended actions for each principle. Our review sets out actions and completion dates for any issues that the assessment identifies need to be addressed.”
We are aware that good Governance is not complete merely by becoming compliant with the code, rather its about sustaining the standards of the code. The Code requires certain standards to be met by ADAPT each year and we are committed to annual reviews of our Governance practices and always welcome feedback from the public and our stake holders.
